When you schedule a complimentary consultation with Dr. Farzaneh, your visit is just that – complimentary.As a prospective patient, you are our guest for this informative visit, during which your questions and concerns can be thoroughly addressed.

Once you arrive at the decision to undergo your procedure with us, you are provided with an estimation of fees*. This quote will cover the total cost of surgery, including the

• Surgeon fee
• Charges related to the surgical center or the hospital operating room
• Anesthesia fee

Your surgical fee includes routine follow-up visits, which are normally sufficient to monitor your post-operative progress. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding this policy.

Payments Prior to Surgery

Because it is in the category of elective healthcare, cosmetic surgery is not often covered by insurance plans. Therefore, it is imperative that patients make financial arrangements prior to scheduling surgery with our practice. When you schedule a procedure at our office, a specified deposit is required to secure your surgery date. However, this non-refundable payment is applied to the overall fee for your convenience. The remaining balance is due ten days prior to your surgery date; this is also non-refundable, with the exceptions of a documented emergency or medical disqualification.
